New Review: I initially gave Eric's a poor review as there was a pricing mix up that made me feel taken advantage of. Once Eric heard about my concerns he called me up right away and let me know there was a mix up and that he was sorry (see his reply below). He made it right by bringing the price down to their newly adopted pricing sheet. The quote I was given was because it was unknown how much work was going to need to be done on the toilet and once the technician was finished he held to the price instead of dropping it like he should have. All in all, I feel much better about where I'm at and was impressed at how quickly they addressed my concerns. Old review: I was pretty disappointed with my service from Eric's. I had a leaking toilet (small leak at the base) and although the issue was fixed, I was charged nearly $300 for the rep to do a little bit of calking/sealing at the base...and that's it. Caulking that I know I can buy at Home Depot for less than $10. I get the fact that I'm paying for the problem to be fixed and the knowledge to fix the problem and not really for the method, but $300 for such a simple fix seemed like I was being cheated. On a more positive note, my toilet doesn't leak anymore, but I'd be hesitant to reach out to Eric's for future work.

There aren't enough stars to select! Our family was beyond satisfied with the service and care offered by Eric and his partner Fred. One of our water heaters began leaking yesterday. I called Eric late in the afternoon and he walked me through how to drain the affected tank to prevent further damage to our carpet. It was a timely solution made easy thanks to his guidance. He also offered a very reasonable price on the replacement of both heaters, as they had each exceeded life expectancy by 3 years. He adjusted his schedule and arrived bright and early this morning to do the replacement. Not only did they replace the water heaters, he also cleaned out our clogged drain and helped fix a stiff toilet flush handle. It was quick, informative, and professional. I am so glad we chose Eric's Plumbing for this service. We are blessed to escape a potential worse tragedy only having had to take 1 cold water bath :). Thank you Eric and Fred!
