We had our AC serviced by Jacob Durfey today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! He made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions! We are first time homeowners of less than a year and are still learning how all of this works, so we really appreciate the excellent service. We will definitely continue to use this company!

I loved reading all of the great reviews about this company. I picked up the phone to request their services. I was greeted by someone in the background attempting to sing opera. I thought it was cute at first and mused they must be having fun at work. That was until I realized that no one was actually answering the phone. The line was muffled by what sounded to be a hand being placed over the receiver. Then I heard lightly someone say, "hang up the phone." That was all she wrote folks, the line went dead. I guess Friendly Plumber Heating & Air was looking for a new client today.

My water heater needed to be replaced and they came out to give me an estimate. Wes was my technician and he was great! Told me exactly what was needed and how much it would cost me, very helpful and friendly! Perfect service!
