TL;DR: The employees at Any Hour Services are knowledgeable, quick working, friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend their services. Full review: I am highly impressed with Any Hour Services and would recommend them to anyone who needs service completed on their home. I called Any Hour Services on Thursday due to some water damage caused by previous homeowners. Zack S. arrived a few hours later and was not only able to fully identify what was causing the issue and fix it, but he was also able to add in some preventative measures for the future. We mentioned that we were also experiencing AC issues and Zack was able to get a technician (Scott K.) sent out later that day. Our AC should be more than strong enough to keep our house cool throughout the year, but was constantly shutting down and wouldn’t work on some hotter days. The company that originally installed the unit couldn’t locate the issue and charged us several hundred testing the equipment each time we called. Scott K. from Any Hour Services was able to troubleshoot the issues in a matter of minutes. He returned the following morning with all of the necessary parts and was done servicing, cleaning, and upgrading our unit within an hour. It’s a huge relief to know that I can rely on a company like Any Hour Services, because they employ people like Zack and Scott. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.

Each contact with Any Hour was professional, courteous, informative, and best of all, accurate! It means so much to have a company state what time they will be there and what work will be done, then they do exactly what they say. Dean was our contact and the one who oversaw our whole project (it was one that involved pulling city permits and coordinating with the power company). Dean was efficient and friendly, willing to answer any questions and go over the project with us from start to finish. I would definitely call Any Hour first. We even purchased their Comfort Assurance Plan to make sure they are the ones doing any check-ups and maintenance.

Scott was amazing. He did not leave our home until after 10pm after several hours of helping replace two 40 gallon hot water heaters. He was very professional and caring. In general, I find Any Hour one of the best customer experiences ever from the time I placed the call to the time of completion and all the communication in between the events. We have had a great experience with Any Hour! Mike came today to do our secondary inspection. He needed to fix the breaker box and took extraordinary care to place the box against our houses rock siding. It looked amazing! Thanks so much! Will definitely use them again!

100% recommend Any Hour. I had been working with another company for a couple of days and getting nowhere. Within a few hours of calling Any Hour they had a tech, Lance M., at my house.
