Scott is great! While getting ready to go spend time with family on CHRISTMAS DAY, our sewage line backed up. Scott was here in 30 minutes! He ended up spending over two hours unclogging the pipe (much of the time, out in the cold). He was so dedicated, he went and got extra equipment, then came back to get the job done. After the extra equipment wasn't able to fix our problem, he was still determined to finish the job without us waiting until the next day. He came up with another possible solution, which is what finally worked. Thankfully, he completely took care of us! Even after all the long and difficult work--not to mention it was Christmas day--he charged a very reasonable amount (a third, or less, than other companies). Scott was great to work with. I hope to never have to call him again, but I definitely will, without hesitation, if needed. I recommend Rootmaster to anyone!

Scott is always quick to respond and is honest and upfront. We called him around 7pm sat night and he showed up at 7:30 and was out of our hair by 7:45. His fee was very reasonable and he was very professional.
