Intermountain Plumbing Heating

The plummer showed up on time but didn't appear to be very knowledgeable. He inaccurately diagnosed the problem at first and when I disagreed decided the drain needed cleaning out. I agreed but he didn't have the tools and said that he would call the secretary to schedule someone to come out and clean out the drain. No one has called yet and it has been about 24 hours. I gave up waiting and called someone else...who never bothered to call me back. The third plumbing company I called came out and did the work.
