If I could give a 0 or lower, I would!!! Horrible company! On their flyers it says it say If they don't unclog , we don't pay. They made me get at main line drain for $7,500. I had to do something since it was a Sunday, I had water on my basement floor, and worked 7 days a week so I couldn't shop around. After they ripped up my front yard, took up my entire day, having the "plumber" harrass my neighbors while other people worked, MY DRAIN WAS NOT CLEARED! after a shower there was water in my basement again!! If this wanna be plumber would of listened to me, he would of realized I DID NOT NEED A MAIN LINE! it was something the city did while testing before paving, they cemented my sewer line shut. The guy didn't want to listen to anything I said, he just wanted to sell a main line. When I tried to call his manager I was treated horribly and lied to. So I tried calling his boss and never received a call back. I'm stuck with a bill of $7,500.00, my front yard has a slope because they removced too much dirt, and during all this cut and reattached my sprinklers incorrectly so I can't use my sprinkler system. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Take your money and run, before they take your money and run!
