These guys are the real deal! Not only did they fix my backed up drain, but they brought us doughnuts as well. A++
Ellery did a fantastic job. My H2O heater needed parts which they had to order. The parts took just a couple days to arrive from the manufacturer and Ellery was able to install it same day.
Ellery was very professional and helpful. Parley's PPM is the way to go for plumbing and other issues. I've called them 2 times now and they're terrific!!!!!
I like the personnel with this company. Especially, Lee Hatch. He is always friendly and polite. He always asks if there is anything else that he can do for our building and does not hesitate. He has great recommendations that are very easy to follow. I would recommend him over and over again.
What started out to be a simple faucet repair became a much bigger job. However, they stuck with it and were very fair and professional. I would definitely use them again.
