Called late on a Friday, felt as if the team at Ace dropped everything they were doing to help us get a new hot water heater installed. They very thoroughly walked us through the alternatives (including a strong understanding of tankless). They are very buttoned-up and provide what they say they will, when they say they will. Top-shelf customer service.

I had a great experience with Ace Plumbing! Hyrum came and gave me a quote, and it was a fair deal. Hunter arrived today on time. He was a hard worker and stayed on task. He did a great job and saved me the frustration of trying to do it myself. I can’t recommend Ace Plumbing enough and if I could give them more stars, I would.

I had Ace Plumbing install a natural gas line by Cameron and the work he did far exceed my expectations. Cameron was down to earth and very easy to talk to. He represented himself in a professional manner and I feel he is a valued asset to the company.

Charged us $120 for a missed appointment that was never made when we were out of town. Claimed they called several times the day of never received any phone calls or messages from their plumber. Took over 2 months to get our faucet finally repaired because they would come with the wrong parts! Attempted to resolve the issue with Hyrum the owner never received any response back after a phone conversation and an email. We are out $120. A company that associates themselves with Ameritrue would be my last choice to use!
