A few years ago I had a plumbing emergency, called a high rated company that explained they would not be able to make it out for two weeks but offered me a few other numbers , one of which was Complete plumbing. Steve came immediately and fixed the problem. I was so pleased with his service and friendliness that I have continued to call him for all of my plumbing emergencies and renovations. Steve did a great job rerouting our cold water through the water softening system, sorting out an issue with our dishwasher/garbage disposal, and taking the time to give us some advice about a future project—all in one one-hour visit! I am so pleased with the professional service from Complete Plumbing Services. I spoke with the owner, Jeff, on the phone who was very prompt and helpful. He sent Steve to our home right away to help us with our water heater troubles. Steve was very knowledgable, honest and helpful. He fixed the immediate concern quickly and for a very reasonable fee and offered suggestions for improving our situation for the long term without any pushy sales pressure. Very friendly and efficient. Couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs. The other company I called in Cedar that had good reviews on google did not answer the phone during business hours and despite my leaving a detailed voicemail, never called me back. After a few days of waiting for a call, I finally called Complete Plumbing and am glad I did!
