Mont & Nick have been taking care of the plumbing in my home for several years. They are friendly professional and always take the time to answer my questions. Always on time or I have a call from Melissa to keep me updated. So easy to work with. Because of this I called them to do work for the HOA I manage. They replaced our swamp cooler, water heater and several toilets along with repairing/replacing faucets since all were very old & out of compliance. Their customer service is the BEST! These guys are excellent! They have helped us for nearly 10 years with a huge variety of plumbing stuff. They show up on time. They do highly professional work and they charge a fair rate. If you need a plumber call them. Do it. You won't regret it.
Monte and his son are the only plumbers I trust and have do work for me. They came and changed my pressure valve in less than an hour and a half and I was so grateful to have the pressure back to when my house was new. Also they have done my water heater, furnace and AC. Fast, fine work from great people!
I forgot to drain the line for my evaporative cooler last winter. Rookie mistake, 20 years after the fact. I did not want to endure the heat of the attic. Even though their first job ran late and they missed the appointment window, someone from the office called me twice to keep me updated. Once there they fixed the problem and made sure everything was working well. I found the price reasonable and trust that their work was high quality.
These guys got my swamp cooler fixed quickly and for a great price. I normally call another company but they never show up when they say they will.
