Had them come out and told them I wanted to hire them and said I would like the project done in a few weeks. Called them twice to where they said they would call me back but never did. It was a huge project that I needed done. 1 star because of the rudeness of the company. I will give my business to a company that does what it says and one that has decent customer service.

Pleasant to work with. Did minimal damage to landscaping when installed new main water line to house. Other companies thought would have to dig a trench, but Aloha was able to pull the line. Initial bid was accurate.

John was great! Fixed everything same day. He needed a piece so he left, got it, and came right back. He also informed me on how to prevent damage from happening again. Really nice guy too!

Dylan from Aloha Plumbing has restored my belief in honest service companies. He was just here and got my sink running again for a reasonable price, plus he helped me figure out where our system is going bad and what will need to be done in the future so that we can start saving for it. He was very flexible to meet my schedule and super courteous. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing and sewer needs.

I originally left a five star review. Here is why it changed: We needed major work done on our sewage system and we contacted Friendly Plumber in Orem for a quote. They quoted 16k. Then I contacted aloha plumbing for a quote and they quoted 8k. I was so relieved that the finanical damage was going to be less devistating that I left a 5 star review and decided to go with Aloha. I thought that friendly plumbers had a crazy upcharge but it turns out that they just had the experience needed to give an accurate quote. Aloha, on the otherhand, quoted 8k because they thought they could just line the pipe rather than replace the whole thing. They didnt realize that it was impossible until after they were in the middle of the job. Then we had no real choice but to continue. The bill ended up being 17k. Friendly plumber was right on and I regret faulting them for their accuracy. We were under the impression that even though we had to pay a ton of money, at least the work would be done right and we wouldnt have to do it ourselves. We were also under the impression that when you pay that much money it would include a full restoration after the job was done. None of this turned out to be true. We just started to redo our sprinklers and noticed that we have been screwed over. They didnt replace the sidewalk that they took out to acess the pipe, they left an acess valve right in the middle of the yard sticking out enough that it is a tripping and mowing hazard and our original sprinkler system is unsalvagable. To top it all off they replaced the sprinkler pipe with one that is the wrong size. Now we have spent another 2k trying to fix the problems caused by alohas 'fix' and my husband who works 12 hour days has to dig 6 feet down into rocky dirt to switch out the pipe while I sit here watching him suffer because I have a bad back and bad choice in pkumbers. If we had gone with Friendly Plumbers they probably would have fixed it right the first time.
