Allan and Melissa are wonderful to work with. I have used their services twice now and so far couldn't be happier. Allan has been on time and informative. I feel he his a person of high integrity which makes me trust his work and suggestions. Thank you so much.

They were quick to respond to my plumbing issue (and actually answered their phone after hours while a few others that I called did not). Allan arrived first thing in the morning, fixed my pipe problem and charged a very reasonable fee. Much less than what I expected! I'm keeping their card handy for future plumbing needs and recommending their company to my friends and family

-Acute plumbing- Alan and Melissa are great people and run a class A business!! **Another plumbing company was advising us that our Rinnai R75LS tankless water heater needed to replaced completely. We contacted Acute plumbing (Melissa) for a second opinion and within 1 hour (Alan) arrived at our residence. (Alan) inspected and tested our tankless water heater unit and advised us it was working properly and did not need replacement. He recommended routine maintenance and it be flushed. I've had the pleasure of Alan fixing plumbing problems in my home on two occasions. Both times I found him to be very courteous and a very competent plumber. Yesterday he installed my new water heater and I'm very pleased. I will recommend Acute Plumbing to my friends and neighbors and that says a lot.
