Wow... the guy must have been having a bad morning. I called about a condenser unit that is under parts and labor warranty with Goodman... needs a new start/run capacitor. When I questioned whether or not the "diagnostic" fee would be covered under warranty (not wanting to pay an $80 diagnostic fee for an $80 part)... the guy I was talking to got upset and said "find someone else to do it." And hung up. I did find someone else... and I hope you will as well.
