Leak

People like Fred are a rarity in this world and god send.Extreme dedication towards work without motivation for remuneration. Few months ago, I had a nasty slab leak in my garage. I called Leak after a quick google search. Fred, the owner, arrived promptly on time and explained to me what was happening and quickly put a band aid to it temporarily. He and crew then came next day to fix it which involved drilling through concrete etc while I worked with the insurer. He fixed that and we were up and running. Fast forward couple of months, I had a leak on another line..this one in my master bedroom. Called Fred and he came within an hr and he worked quickly to stop it by closing off that line to my master bathroom. My house is old and has some nasty cross connections with two water heaters being connected in a manifold somewhere in the house. Fred patiently explained to me the connections using a diagram and advised the best option and we proceeded with that. There were couple of other plumbing issues in my house which he fixed free of charge. Recently, I had a small issue with my bathtub shower and called Fred and he was promptly there and fixed it in no time. He felt bad that I had only one working shower due to crazy cross connections and he came up with a way to have atleast two showers working and he didnt even charge me. I will follow his professional advice and will hire him back and recommend him to my friends.

I still remember during one of the kitchen projects, I had a newborn at home and he made sure that he was very clean, hygienic and less noisy about his work.
