Avoid using John Gardner Septic Tank if at all possible. John Gardner came out to our property in Fort Worth to empty out our 4 tanks. While on site they punched large hole in one of our gas lines causing a very dangerous situation on our property. After being alerted to the issue, John Gardner refused to provide any kind of refund or take any responsibility for the problem. He instead chose to argue with me on the phone in an extremely unprofessional manner.
