Tex Propane

I called to see if I could get service with them and to see how it all works. She explained that I would need to have an inspection done which I had no problem with, I let her know I just finished a house in the area and needed service by the weekend (it was Monday). That's where things went downhill, she said she didn't know when they could get out, that they are too busy. I said that doesn't provide very much insight as to whether I would have heat for my family or not. She said I am sorry sir but that's all I can do and tried to cut me off to end the call, I said if your too busy for new business please tell me....to which she stumbled for words. I asked for her manager and that went even worse. Her manager got on and I explained the situation and got the same answer, I told her I have no problem going with someone else if they do not want my business....she said yes then go ahead and call someone else....so I did. Do not use this company, nobody should treat people like this.

Their word means nothing. In January I ordered propane from them. My husband and I went in and asked if we can get just $100 of propane. She said that they would do that. Now she said she don't remember doing that. Shady business. I wouldn't do business with them.

Always respond promptly, never have to wait at all. They do a great job.
