All About Plumbing

We called at about 9 PM on a Friday night. Todd had us fixed up by 10:30 PM the exact same night. He also took the time to explain exactly what the problem had been, and told us about things we may be able to do in the future that could solve similar problems without needing to call a plumber back out. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Could not be more pleased with the service we received. We will absolutely call them back for any future plumbing needs!

I just had to share about the wonderful experience we had with the owner Todd of All About Plumbing. We had a backed up bathtub and called him Friday evening before a Holiday weekend. He returned my call promptly and said he could be out within an hour. He arrived right on time. Talk about customer service! Prompt, friendly and honest. Todd made sure everything was working before leaving and even contacted me the next day to ensure everything was still working okay. The next time we have an issue we will definitely be calling All About Plumbing! Thank you Todd :)

First I hired this company to change my plumbing in my kitchen due to a remodel. The first mistake I made was pay in full before work was completed due to having to go out of town. (My fault for thinking I was dealing with a straight up guy). I was told I would receive a call once all work was completed. I never did get a call back until I called several times and was given a ton of excuses. Not sure if they was true or not. Well in the process of doing the work I had asked to be done my water lines was cut going to my wash room which I never knew until I was able to move back into my house a month later waiting on the completion of the remodel. I also discovered they knocked my pee trap loose in the process when installing the vent for the drains for the kitchen. The only reason I knew was because I had to have a water line installed for my refrigerator and found water leaking from the shower drain which had been repairs a couple of years ago and had no water leaking from that area since especially since my sub floor was exposed for several months and bathroom was used many times. Well since then I have try made contact with Todd several times both business phone and cell phone. Only getting him to respond one time and at that he assured me he would be out to check to see what happened and at that he told me that he had to use someone else to the work and had problems in the past with his work performed but once again told me he would get taken care. He has yet to make contact with me since then and I had to hire another plumber to correct his mistakes Needless to say not very happy with his customer service and would never recommend him to anybody for his services
