UNPROFESSIONAL, SKETCHY. I live in Newark, TX. I called to request a simple drain clearing and could not reach anyone. After 3 calls I decided to text. Finally, I received a text reply saying they don't service Newark, TX even though they claim that there office is in Newark, TX.
