Action Plumbing

My rating is low because of the management. I literally have asked for a receipt 10+ times from Quinn D., let's see, since June 4, and I have not received one. I have talked to him 4 times. What's the problem? Now, the tech that cam out was fantastic (Chad). Because of management or the lack there of, I don't want to use this company again. This has caused me extreme problems with my insurance company. I don't understand this company/customer relationship. There is none. Be careful if you hire this plumbing service.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They inflate their prices. They are unprofessional on the phone. They will not show credentials when you ask for them. This is the worst service I have received since I been with American Home shield. I called Action Plumbing to change my water heater out and they were over charging me. I spoke with the manager who was very unprofessional. He claimed he had not received the ticket and he would call me back. He never called back and denied my claim through American home shield. The company is horrible.

Spent 10 mins looking at the blockage in the backyard and said I needed to call the city to dig up my yard for a city line. Got a second opinion the next day and the blockage was repaired immediately For the same fee as Action charged For 10 mins of the wrong diagnosis .

Watch out for those guys. They’ll try to say you have a crack pipe under slab and it’ll cost you 4000.00 to fix when it’s no crack. They are theives!!! Have spoken to multiple people they’ve tried this with, especially elderly!!

Won't even allow there phone to ring. Old people need help at 11pm too.
