What we thought was going to be a quick fix with our toilet turned into much more involved sewer line repair. Chris was our technician who helped to take care of us. He was very thorough in his examination of the problem and his explanation as to what the issue we were having, answering all of our many questions to ensure we had a complete understanding of the situation. Chris kept us well informed as to what was going on and helped to make what was a stressful situation much less stressful. We felt as though we were being treated as people and not an ATM. I will definitely be using their services again and would recommend to others.

A great job well done! Mr Rooter is the only one I ever call. They arrived sooner than they said they would. Chris came in and assessed the issue first. Explained what would have to be done and how much it would cost. Completed the job as quickly as possible after picking up the necessary supplies.

The entire process of setting up the appointment to the completion of the projects was flawless. The plumber (Daisy) and the receptionist were excellent at communicating each step. And the final result: the kitchen looks incredible! I had a new gas stove and faucet installed on the same day.

Chris with Mr. Rooter did a great job. Had a kitchen drain clog issue for 2 weeks. I actually contacted a competitor, John Moore, the first week to resolve the issue and they failed miserably. 2nd week, Mr. Rooter came in and took the time, professional and fixed the problem at an even better rate.

Excellent service! Very timely and very courteous. I was also impressed they called the same day of my service to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction! .
