Highly recommend. We were having issues with our toilet flushing at our business. I called several other companies but they would not be able to come until the following week. I called Midtown Plumbing. Carlos answered promptly and said he would check their schedule and call back. He called back within 30 minutes and had us on the schedule the very next day mid-morning. Brian and Pauline came the following morning. They were very quick and polite. They had our issue resolved within 15 minutes. I will use this company in the future.

So, I needed a plumber a few days ago so I called my first choice whom I really get amazing service from and he was out of town. I called 3 more before calling Midtown. The owner told me he was booked so he could have someone here at 6pm, but it would be an overtime rate since it was after 5. Fine. I needed it done. At 4:08 pm, a guy shows up and tells my husband it’ll be $150, the overtime rate! I was like, um, no, it’s not 5:00 yet! After arguing with me about it, I tried several times to reach the owner, but kept getting forwarded to the office. The lady in there was no help either, actually telling me that they squeezed me in so I had to pay the overtime rate!? Really? You close at 5, but insist on making me pay the after hours rate? I ended up paying it but wrote on the invoice for the owner to call me, that I wanted the difference back. He called the next morning and defended his rude, unprofessional employees and gave me $15 back. I also informed him that his worker took off his nasty rubber gloves and threw them in the street outside my house! Who does that!? He sent the same guy over to pick up the gloves and return what they owed me and that evening the same toilet was stopped up AGAIN! He clearly didn’t clear the line completely! Just a heads up to the public, you’d be better off pretending to be a plumber yourself or WAIT until someone reputable can make it to your house!

Jose and his partner did a stellar job on the repairs around my house. They worked quickly and got everything working perfectly. 5/5 highly recommend.

Steven arranged his afternoon work schedule so I would have time to drive in to meet him. (This is for a rental and I live out of town.). He texted me so I knew when he would be there and showed up promptly. Got the job done quickly, courteously and professionally. Well done. I am very satisfied.
