Accurate Leak And Line

It was an absolute nightmare to deal with this company! From talking to our buyer without our permission (and before talking to us!) to threatening to put a lien on our house the day work was completed and before the permit was given by the city - after they had already tried to complete it without a permit until we caught them in the act, this company and their owner, Josh, was completely unprofessional and made it clear that they are in this for the money. There are too many plumbing companies in Austin to risk hiring this one! If you do hire them, be very careful that they are pulling permits and completing work as described in the quote.

Sometimes you just anticipate the worst. How nice it is when you do encounter fantastic service. They came out the next day and quickly explained everything about the leak and the next steps. Then quickly diagnosed that it was a potential easy fix that the plumber could solve without expensive digging etc. Very happy as I was expecting the worst!

0/10 would not recommend. Dishonest practice. Bring them in for a small repair and you will quickly find them trying to replace your entire plumbing system. Hired a second company and they were much more straightforward and only fixed what actually needed to be fixed. These guys cut corners by not filing permits on their work, which only creates an extra hassle for homeowners. I've filed official complaints with the Texas Board of Plumbing Examiners for their practices. If you want to get screwed over hire these guys.

The whole team was amazing. We had fairly extensive plumbing work that needed to be done and they made everything so easy. They always did exactly what they said they were going to do. Clayton, Josh, Curtis, Victor, and everyone else involved were absolutely great!

Waited over a week to have them come find a water leak in my back yard. Not only did Clayton not find or fix the leak, he didn't bother asking me what pipes went where before recommending cutting and capping unnecessary piping and wasting my time. He literally had me block off one foot of piping saying it should stop the leak. When I asked him about this his explanation made no sense to me nor did he take 5 minutes to help me understand.
