Great Experience!! They came to my house on time, and didn't leave until the work was completed to my satisfaction. The service tech stayed later in the evening than I expected to finish the repair. That is customer service!! Date: 7/29/2019 This a revision to my original review. As far as customer service goes, WesTech has always been on point. They answer the phone, reception is always attentive and caring. Scheduling was easy and convenient. The worker they sent out was super polite, called before coming to my house. I had an 11 am appointment, WesTech showed up around 11:45am. He was stuck at a previous job. No big deal, that is to be expected. Here is my problem, I had a sewer backup issue. The plumber quickly diagnosed my concern as a over full septic tank. He recommended getting the septic tank pumped first before continuing with any other diagnosis. Something I completely agree with. After speaking with him about what need to be done, the plumber stated there would be no charge for this visit due to the repair circumstance that need to be performed. We shook hands and parted ways. I guess he was calling his dispatcher for the next job, he returned to my front door and asked for a $45 diagnosis fee. I'm not upset about paying the diagnosis fee. But, I feel there is a lack of trust between management and workers. This worker made a judgment call to not charge for diagnosis because there was no work done. Just a simple visual inspection. But instead of honoring his opinion ,management asked him to charge me a fee. Don't get me wrong $45 half of their hourly rate, and well deserved given the work they perform.But as a manager myself, when my employees make a judgment call that has to do with customer service and customer retention. I have to trust their judgment and stand behind their decisions.
They took care of a leak in my backyard. Our home warranty didn't cover outside the home leaks but luckily Westech Plumbing came and located the leak fixed it all in one day!! Thank you for your fast service and for being so kind and explaining everything to us!
Our Home warranty sent them out. I was pleased with their work. Carlos explained everything that was done. He also cleaned up the small mess from the leak. Office girls weres very nice too when they called me.
Carlos was very informative and did a great job fixing my plumbing problem. Would definitely recommend WesTech to anyone in need of a plumber.
