DAR Home Company

We had a house fire and hired Servpro, who in turn hired DAR Home to rebuild our home. We have had nothing but trouble trying to make contact with David Rodriguez and DAR homes from that moment on. We’ve had insulation gaps found in our attic space, molding is cracking and coming apart, ceramic tile cracked less than 6 months after installation due to insufficient thin set, and to top it all off...the roof that they installed had a leak that damaged our new ceiling, walls and hardwood floors that STILL have not been repaired. At this point all attempts at contacting DAR and David are being ignored despite having sent photos and reports of the damage multiple times. The only solution so far had been a worker that came out to do a silicone patch in the roof (that doesn’t match the roof color), and a “we’ll be back in a few weeks once we make sure the leak is plugged”. Then there is the issue of DAR contractors taking our extra materials (tile and hardwood) that were paid for and never returning any of it. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience of my life thus far.
