If I can give this man 0 stars I would. This man was so rude, I was not aware that my warranty company was not paying him at all when he was coming out to service my water heater. He did not inform me of this, he just simply said in a cocky manner, "I am not coming to you, goodbye." So rude, so freaking arrogant. Worst customer service ever! I was definitely willing to pay to have the service done, but he is not even worth my money. My warranty company shouldn't even bother to give him business. Please stay away.

This is the worst service I have ever received. If you need plumbing services stay far away from this company. If you have a home warranty and they try and send them out request another company to do the work. I should have gone with my gut from the moment they showed up I knew something was off. Then they scheduled the work they did not show up. No call, did not answer my calls and I called several times. All they need to do is let me know they were going to be late or no able to make it. I sat at home all day waiting on them. Then at 5 they text me back saying they would be there on Monday. Not happy makes a week with no hot water. Then Monday comes and goes and again no call no show. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. They are the worst. Finally have a new company our to replace the water heater and come to find out they tried to charge me for things I did not need. No call no show and they try to scam me out of money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
