First, I have dealt with home warranty companies and their contractors through three houses so far and each time it's a mixed bag. This experience has been far above expectations. I placed the service order with 2-10 at 2130 on Thursday. At 0800 on Friday Nicole called me. She was polite, professional, and accommodating. I was able to have a technician out that day. The gentleman who came correctly identified and repaired my broken bathtub drain, that was in the second floor bath. The leak caused damage to the ceiling and wall below. He was thoughtful enough to contact a different company that evaluates the extent of water damage. Because he contacted them promptly, a technician came out that same day, at no charge, and offered particle and helpful advice. I will contact elite plumbing for help even after my home warranty contract has expired.

Horrible company. Filed a claim with my home warrenty. Guy came to the door, didn’t even come in, or ask what issue was. Said you need a clean out installed... That’s not covered under warrenty, but it doesn’t even matter. We have a clean out already, on the side of the house. He was just spouting off something that wasn’t covered under warranty so he could get more money. Scammers.

Horrible people. After a week of waiting and numerous trips to my house, my leaky faucet is still not fixed. Brandon is the plumber and he is the biggest liar I have met. Nicole is the office manager and is rude as heck. On the 3rd trip to my house supposedly because of issues with my warranty, Brandon got mad because I had not cut an access hole for him to get to my faucet. This is covered by my warranty and I was never told I had to provide that. I told him I was tired of them blaming the warranty company and expressed my frustration. He then stormed out of the house and called his company and told them he left due to me cursing him and his company and that he had recorded the conversation. Nicole said that she heard the recording also. This was a lie. Never once did foul language come out of my mouth, only the fact of why I was frustrated due to yet another wasted day with no repairs because he was not being paid to cut holes in my wall. I called the warranty company to verify again and they said access was covered on my plan, just not the repair that would need to be done afterwards. I called and talked to the owner. He said he told his employees to record the conversations at the clients home due to past issues with treats made to his employees. That in itself speaks volumes for the kind of company this is. I would not recommend these morons at all. I think they were just milking my home warranty company.

I contacted my warranty company about a toilet leak they sent out Elite Plumbing and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Communication was outstanding they called when they said they would call they showed up when they said they would show up and the work performed was excellent. I have read the other reviews and just remember folks there is 2 side to every story and I can say with out a doubt I would call Elite for any of my future plumbing needs.

AWEFUL....... I had a reservation made with Elite through my home warranty company. They confirmed to my warranty company they would be coming to my home on Wednesday (appointment was made on a Tuesday); but Elite was to contact me to confirm and provide time options. I received a call from Jason with respect to my plumbing issue...Note: Jason was very friendly. When I did not hear back from them on Tuesday to confirm the appointment, I phoned and left a detailed voicemail indicating that no one had contacted me with respect to their expected arrival at my home. On Wednesday morning, however, I received a call indicating they would be coming to my house between 9 and 12; of course without having prior confirmation I was unable to make that confirmation, therefore we scheduled for Thursday between 1 and 4pm. Because I work 20 miles from my house, I asked if I could receive an hour and a half courtesy call; Jason indicated they could provide a one hour advance notice call to which I agreed. Now....on Wednesday, I received a call from their service person indicating that he would be at my home in "10 MINUTES"; I advised him that I had been informed I would receive a 1 hour notification call, the service person advised me that this had not been communicated to him. I responded that I was leaving my office, and since he had indicated that he had other customers in my area, I suggested that he move them in front of me to allow time for me to get home; his response, I'm already on my way. Again, I can't have someone make it in 10 MINUTES...... The service person phoned their office and I received a VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, DEMEANING call from B***** named Nicole. Wont go into the specifics of this B****'s lack of customer service etiquette, but she hung up in my face. Now REALLY all this because they have some level of disconnect. My warranty company phoned them, she lied and indicated that they gave me a 30 minute notice; to which my warranty representative responded that I was approaching my home by now and it hadn't been quite 30 minutes...... Again, Nicole at Elite lied and said "Now they had no one in the area.. If she's ANY indication of how they really do business. people RUN!!!!!
