Beware. They talked me in to an expensive service. I didn’t feel confident in what I was being told which was compounded by their estimate which was written up in a vague way. I scheduled the service they didn't show up or communicate with me on the day they said would begin work. When I cancelled they charged me a service fee plus a restock fee for a part they didn’t even have yet and told me they had to keep some of my “retainer fee” because they drove around town all day and cancelled several appointments to handle my job which isn’t true. Think twice!

The guys at H&M Plumbing have been great to work with. They answer their phone at all hours. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the big franchise companies.
