Randy went above and beyond amazing service when our air conditioner stopped working. In this Texas heat, we were going to have to wait several days for parts to be ordered and arrive before repairs could be made. Randy was able to get approval for the entire unit to be replaced at no charge within 24 hours. The damage to our old unit was extensive and he had to work the entire day either outside in 100 degree heat or in our attic, which was hotter. Throughout the day he was kind, thoughtful, efficient, and kept us routinely informed. We continue to be loyal to A#1 Air because of its great service and wonderful staff.

We’ve had AC problems off and on for years now. We called a different company out and with in a few days had to call A1 Air to come fix what the other company didn’t fix. Steve came out and took care of our problem with no problem and then explained why we will continue to have problems due to the age of our unit and how hard it was working. He gave a few quotes on new units and did not pressure us to buy one. He left and a few days later Jeff sent me a text checking on us and seeing if he could get us a good deal on a new AC unit. We talked with him and he was able to give us a great deal. The next day Hugo and Bobby showed up to install our new unit. Both of them were very friendly and knowledge about the unit and gave us great advice about how to keep our unit running at its best ability. The new unit works great. For the first time in years I can actually feel air blowing in our master bedroom. Thanks A#1 Air for taking care of us so quickly and efficiently.

Our ac went out this morning and we called A1Air at 7 am. It is now 10 pm and 2, calls later (from myself and my husband), we still have not seen or heard from this company. About 3-4 months ago we purchased a whole new compressor system from them, spending over $3,000. The service man they contracted to do the work damaged our wall leaving a small hole and chipped paint in our family room. We spoke to their customer service TWICE and 3-4 months later we have never heard a word from them. We still have that hole in our family room. At this writing, my 67 year old husband and I have been waiting 15 hours and made 2 follow up calls with ZERO help. On both of our calls the representative actually told us they had called both our cell numbers 2-3 times to follow up. We have had our cell phones next to us all day and have received other calls but not one call came from A#1 Air! Even if we had missed a call, there would be proof on our cell phones that we missed their call! The television commercials promise excellent respond from the company and so far it has been a farce. Signed, 2 Extremely Overheated “customers” of a poorly represented organization.

Way more than I expected! Excellent price for the product received! You will receive so much more than just an a/c install. Johnny & Ricardo arrived on time. Extremely professional. Took time to explain the process and what I could expect for the time they were at my home.. These guys were very efficient, took their shoes off every time they came inside. While connecting my a/c drain, Ricardo noticed my sink drain needed repair, so he fixed it. He didn't tell me to call a plumber, he just did it. Best customer care ever. They even texted me an hour after they left just to make sure I was comfortably cool in my home. Who does that? These guys made me an A1 customer for life!

To me A#1 Air IS "as good as it gets!" All of the work they did on my old, 29+ year AC system by Chris and, after the old one, all they have done with my new system has been exceptional. From timeliness, to keeping me updated with arrival times; from Milton and Matthew servicing to Customer Service they treated me with the utmost courtesy, service and resolution. And, this new HVAC system with the NEST thermostat is saving me on those electricity bills. I couldn't be happier. Thank you all!
