Quick response even on a weekend (Friday and Saturday). Tanks cleaned out on Friday and a technician sent out to replace the pump on Saturday morning. He checked the pump out carefully and advised against replacing it, believing it had only been temporarily clogged by roots, which had been removed the day before. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The owner, Pam, was the one I communicated with, and she was excellent. Five stars all the way!

This is a great family owned business. I've been using them for years and they are very prompt even on the weekends. They did a great job on my new septic. I'll recommend them to everyone I know!!!

Joey Ridgle Septic is indeed prompt and responsive. They will come out the same day that you call. However, we have found that twice in the past two years we have had issues with our septic system immediately after their technician has made a routine service visit. Our septic tank was placed brand new in 2015. Last year our pump went out within a week of their visit. This year it is our compressor 5 days our system was serviced. Jeanie diagnosed this problem over the phone and said she would have a technician come out and confirm. She also asked for my credit card information at that same time. I was told a refurbished compressor would cost almost $400 with parts and labor and that a new compressor is over $600. This seemed high and unreasonable. I reached out to Tyler Product Sales a septic tank parts distributor and was told their compressors are $295 new. It seems to me that Joey Ridgle is taking complete advantage of their customers. I do not recommend their services.

Highly recommend Joey Ridgle septic. When our conventional system failed, we had no idea where to begin. Thankfully, we found Joey Ridgle Septic. They sent someone out right away to evaluate the problem and talk about options. We ended up choosing to convert to an aerobic system. They were a pleasure to work with from my very first phone call through to job completion. Fair prices, courteous staff, and most importantly, prompt and reliable service.
