Renewed "contract" with inspections still owed. Received letter from Fire Marshal because paperwork wasn't received, got that cleared up. NOW have not showed up for inspection in months. Going to ask for money back, and possibly get legal rep. Ridiculous.
worst service ever, they were contracted through palm harbor homes in azle. they flooded my master bathroom while filling the tank instead of using a hose, didn't truck in the amount of gravel the said they would, and I purchased more to make what they had offered. left my yard a mess, I had to rent equipment to straighten out. after installing the power pole I had power turned on and they forgot to turn on the switches inside the septic control box...I discovered this days later after they said they were all done. they dropped the ball on getting permits for septic, said they would be out one week only to call me when they should be there to tell me they hadn't got the permit yet, why confirm with someone if you don't have the paperwork. these people obviously don't know whats going on. if you cant estimate a job to do it right then they shouldn't be doing business at all. ASWELL today 11-7-2018 I discover these lazy contractor only buried the main power lines 8" deep without conduit , less than 20 feet, exteme life safety issue for anyone that has to do any kind of digging in that area, 20 feet of pvc conduit might cost 40$ , this is how poor their work ethics are
They did a fairly decent job, but forgot to build up the foundation which was included in the estimate. The yard keeps flooding and when my mom said she talked with them about coming out to complete the job and they said they would after they completed some other jobs they were currently working on. Well, it's been 6 months and the problem is not resolved and they have now started not answering my mom's phone calls when she is just trying to get what she paid for. I'm going to try them on Monday to see if I have any better luck with the situation, I'll update you to let you know how that goes.

I usually am not the guy to go out of my way and leave negative reviews and much rather prefer positive reviews but I have to get this out there. The owner doesn't understand business at all!. I have a home only loan through 21st going on family property (I don't own the land). Improvements are part of my financing, I had rough over estimates until I got formal proposals. 21st will not release money to pay my retailer and contractors until house has been delivered. Every other contractor I've spoke with since has said it's common knowledge. Instead of trying to understand the situation he just said "he doesn't wanna mess with this" Unprofessional. Give your hard earned money to someone else
