Arellano's Plumbing

Honestly wouldn't know about how they work but simply not beong able to give an estimate after 2 weeks tells it all! They came to my place to see how much they would charge and stuff but never gavr me a price or called back after the "boss" himself told me hell call me on Monday..that tell u everything about the company not being avle to even speak to a customer about pricing after they took pics and stuff. ???????????????????? i wouldnt recommend at all i can imagibe if they staryed working and just left and u never hrard of them again..they seem like that kind of company..well ppl cuz it dont even seem like this is a company

I am sick and tired of these people. They came in because we had a huge leak in our kitchen, tore open our walls (five openings), told us the pipes were old and made of copper, and then proceeded to just switch “one” of the pipes to a tube. They then came back over the course of three days to redo the walls. After that, we were charged for $2000. We then started to hear another leak in our bathroom, so they had to come back and tear open the walls AGAIN. What was the issue this time: the other pipe they didn’t change to a tube started to leak. Once again, we were charged $2000. We were very upset and confused about the whole ordeal and wanted some answers from their boss. Mr. Arellano frequently told us he was going to stop by our home but never did. He missed ever single appointment he made to come look at the house. One of his workers then told us “yeah, he’ll never show up.” The holes that they made the second time were left there for over a week. His own workers would miss complete days of work because they got “held up” somewhere else. This is not a critique of the workers — they were kind and tried. We were happy with them. This is a critique of Mr. Arellano and his business. We are sick and tired of dealing with his company and will absolutely be going somewhere else in the future.
