Update to the update: after a little over a year with our unit, we have had ( and are currently dealing with) multiple issues with our $10,000+ install. It is leaking from the plenum onto our drywall in the garage and damaging our house. The drain pan is completely dry, seems the condensation makes it to the plenum first due to a bad install. Multiple calls over multiple nights for the past month has resulted in a technician visit and no progress. In fact, the “fix” resulted in the unit leaking from multiple spots now. Wish I could have them remove the unit and refund the cost so I can have a competent company install a unit for a better cost. I had hoped for a flawless install like many others, instead it’s been nothing but headaches. Update: After getting hold of Finch by phone and speaking with someone, we had a technician dispatched to our house within an hour. Rik, one of the technicians for Finch, showed up and gave us one of the thermostats from his truck as a replacement. He took care of our issue and had our new AC unit up and running quick. Overall, great experience with Finch given the circumstances, only advice I would give is if Ken shows up as your installation manager, send him back. Salesman/Technician and installers were extremely nice, took care of their part well. Ken, Our Installation Manager, was not as pleasant. AC motor on our new $10,000+ system would not work, he tried blaming us and our Nest thermostat for the issue...even though we had it in the contract that the Nest system would be used. If this was an issue, they should have told us before selling us the system and we would have went elsewhere for service. He also took the extra thermostat that came with our new system back with him. We were told that he would have a tech here in the morning, no one ever showed and we have not received a phone call with an update. So, he left an unfinished job and has provided no update...extremely dissatisfied with how he has handled this.

Finch has the best customer service!! We had water over flowing in our drip pan and called them for service. They immediately took care of us. Our tech, Soufiane Tabsart, was extremely thorough and had great customer service, answering all of my questions and concerns and educating me on what needs to be done if it happens again. He checked the entire system, fixed it and double checked to make sure it was a working before he left. I highly recommend Finch A/C, they have educated and thorough techs and they put the customers first!

The tech that came out was here quickly. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he had found along with how it would be fixed. Thank you Claudio Moreno for the best customer service I’ve had! I highly recommended Finch. Thanks again.

Soufiane was incredibly polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know what he would do to fix it and what it would cost. He also quickly fixed the issue and made sure to clean up after. I was impressed and was glad to have him on the job! Thanks for sending him!

Soufiane did a good job. He took care of our issue right away and got our AC working much better before he left.
