Clark's Septic Service Inc.

Our company’s toilets were backing up and it was determined that the septic tank was full. This seemed odd because we had it pumped out about 6 years ago. Clark was recommended by our plumber and they responded within 3 hours. I had the port uncovered when Joey got there, just like I did the previous time with the other company. As I explained that it was such a short time since the last time it was done, Joey said that was because the other company had pumped the wrong end of the tank. It was the inlet end that needs to be pumped and that basically the previous company had only pumped out the grey water and not the solids. He opened the other end of the tank, pumped it out, and then covered everything back up for us. What great service, knowledgeable technician, and a fair price. I will definitely recommend Clark to anyone else who may inquire about their service in the future.

DISHONEST, HORRIBLE SERVICE...THEIR MANAGER "LINDA" PROVIDES DISHONEST QUOTES...CLARK'S WAS UNABLE TO FIND OUR SEPTIC TANK AND TOLD US TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO LOCATE TANK; AFTER COMING BACK WHEN TANK WAS FOUND THEY CHARGED $185 FOR THE INITIAL VISIT WHEN NO SERVICES WERE PROVIDED (we paid another contractor to find the septic tank because Clark could not)...THEY THEN CHARGED $490 FOR THE INSPECTION...DO NOT USE CLARK; THEY ARE DISHONEST AND PROVIDE POOR SERVICE!!!!
