Called and no one answers the phone. Had a service call, they showed up with out confirming the appointment make by my home warranty company. Tried to call the office many time left messages and NO RETURN CALL. Please do not use THIS SO CALLED COMPANY ...

Not even worth one star. Had an very bad leak, so bad neighbors yard is soggy wet. We have used this company before so my husband calls. Prompt answer, after some information they find our file, ok cool set us up for Friday April 19, 19 to come out between 12 and 2 ... never showed, never reached out to explain or say we will be running late. My husband had to reach out and when he did the plumber himself called him back to state that he had to finish the job he was on and it would be up to two hrs... well that came and went and they never called us back...I get life happens but a little respect of others time and some communication can go along way..

Hired this plumber on recommendation of my home warranty company. It took this plumber four separate trips to complete a simple job due to a lack of time evaluating what the actual issue was, and not coming prepared with the right tools and supplies. The price we agreed on was raised three times. The final product is a disappointment - the plumber left my bathroom trashed and dirty, didn’t remove any of his debris, and now I have a black pvc pipe sticking out of my wall - he failed to bring the proper silver piping that would have matched my pedestal sink, and later said the price of the job would drastically increase if I wanted it to “look right” because he “didn’t realize” I had a pedestal sink. UPDATE: changed my review from 2 stars to 1. I have had another plumber come out since, who found multiple errors/issues with the work that My Plumber did. I've had to pay an additional plumber $300 to fix errors that My Plumber made. I have attempted to contact My Plumber multiple times via calling and emailing to attempt to get resolution, and I haven't gotten any responses.

Wendall replaced my kitchen faucet, didn't take very long and he cleaned his mess!

[Professionalism] They took care of business immediately and were in and out of the house in less than 10 minutes. There was a communication issue at the beginning but when it was finally resolved, I received immediate service. Would've received a higher rating if not for the delayed contact to set the appointment.
