Metroplex Leak & Line Locators

Called for a service call and was told I needed to submit paperwork .. not knowing what they were talking about and after explaining I know where the leak is I just need it fixed I was put on hold then told they didn't have anyone available .. NOT very good customer service. Then called another company called "Flow Plumbing" and found out they are the same .. not interested!!

The folks at Metroplex Leak & Line locators were phenomenal. From quickly coming out and accurately locating my slab leak, getting the plumbers and that team out to dig and repair the leak, to the final replacement of the dirt and concrete....the people were awesome. The office crew is friendly and efficient, and gets everything scheduled quickly. Loved my interactions with Donna and Toni. Thank you for making a frustrating situation quickly become a non-situation.
