Kerrville Plumbing Plus

**Updated** I had a great conversation with the owner of this company and got a thorough explanation as to the cost. With that knowledge, I felt it was important that I update this review. The fact that the owner himself took the time to call and explain things made me feel valued. I would definitely recommend this company to others. I tried using Mosty Plumbing but only got a voicemail when I called. I left a message and waited over 24 hrs for a reply that never came. I finally called Kerrville Plumbing Co. They answered and had a plumber at my house within an hour. That was awesome. The guys that arrived were very courteous and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Everything was great until it came time to pay. I was charged $148 to replace a fill valve. The service fee was $59, that's fine and understandable, but $88 for a fill valve? I wished I knew how to do these things myself because I have found several fill valves for under $30.

Called Kerrville Plumbing & A/C to come out to our home and do a preventive measure checkup on our A/C system. Allan was the technician that came and did a great job checking our A/C and found some minor items that needed to be addressed and he took care them. I sure will be using them in the future for any of their services. Highly Recommend! ????

Our 22 year old system was just limping along so we had Kerrville Plumbing Plus replace it earlier this year. Very friendly and knowledgable people came out and did an excellent job replacing the outdoor unit, going the extra steps to make sure everything was done right. Our cooling bill this month was just a little over half what it was last year, we've very pleased with the work and the new unit.

Alan was supremely knowledgable and professional. He explained in depth our problem and options so we could make the best choice. Now our A/C is running cold again! Strong recommendation.

Outstanding! The performance, attitudes and knowledge was extremely noticeable throughout their work. Michael and Danny were very polite and upfront by providing me information regarding the plumbing situations as they arose. Additionally, they provided me with alternatives to specific situations. Easy to work with extremely friendly when I asked questions. They worked continually and performed all tasks in a timely manner.
