Last night my ac broke down, My family and I couldn't go to sleep because of the heat! So glad they have a 24 hour service! It saved us money from leaving for the night and renting a room. They told me that what I needed was gas and it was true! After they put a little bit of gas we could feel the difference! I had a great experience! Will definitely call again!

They would not disclose what the hourly rate is when you set an appointment. Just told me when the technician comes out if any parts are needed they'll waive the $49 service charge. So, I was charged for about 5min of work and an argumentative technician an additional $40 for just hooking up his gauges and telling me that the high pressure line was too high. I already knew that and I was telling him the previous guy overcharged the unit. He was telling me that the compressor could be going out as well as possibly the coils. I told him that it worked fine before because I was getting 40* out of 2 vents the others were not consistent and the unit was low at the time before the first guy filled it. However, with that said I will not use them again. Be upfront with your labor rate, and the technician needs to listen to the customers issues with their unit and not be so argumentative.
