Excellent customer service! Mark and his father went above and beyond and fixed more than we even asked them to. They arrived early, solved the problem (plus some), and were super friendly. And the price was incredibly fair, we would have paid more if they had let us. We highly recommend them! We’ll be calling again if we have any more plumbing issues.

I will definitely be using Brazos Home Services again. I had a water heater leaking while I was out of town. They had a brand new one installed on the very next day which was a Saturday. Very fast service, and very fair on the prices. I like the first job so much I also had them put in a new Clean out on my main sewer line. Everything has turned out great! Thanks Brazos!

Great communication - fast, efficient. Showed up exactly when they said they would and sent a text saying they were on their way. They persisted until the job was done, cleaned up afterward, were kind and polite and did it all for a very reasonable price. Would hire again and highly recommend.

Extremely pleased with the whole process. The plumbers they sent out were amazing. They installed drain in bathtub for me at a reasonable price. They showed up on time and were very professional. I will use them again.
