Great customer service

Will not honor the Military Discount with VA Card. Giving my Business to Lowes.

We had just moved to the area and are closer to a Lowes but since we have been going to home depots in other areas for years we figured we would drive the little extra distance to know that we were getting exactly what we needed. Problem was, the people who work at this location seem to know less than we did about home renovations (mainly flooring install). At other home depot locations the "flooring expert" was exactly that, alwasy helpful, answering questions, providing tips, and alwasy knew where to find what we needed. At this location the employees all seem like it's their first day, never know the answer to any questions and don't help try to find out the answer or provide assistance in any way. But product wise, they always have the correct brands and tools we need so its a catch 22.
