Jim is the absolute best!! We needed emergency help with our plumbing and he came out immediately, he was fast and efficient, great to talk with, our dogs and kids loved him. Such a great guy and a fantastic employee, I hope you never lose him, he was an absolute joy.

Austex Plumbing does excellent work. I am extremely pleased with their service and caring about the quality of work performed. Jim was who did my last two jobs and he was very nice and cared about his work and also cleaned up when finished. I would definitely recommend Austex Plumbing.

Called after the earthquake which moved our water heater and disconnected it. Jim showed up within 3 hours, moved it back and reconnected it, helped us turn the gas back on, and checked for any other leaks. Will highly recommend.
