Absolutely great service. I phone after hours and explained my problem, later the same evening I received an email saying they will be there first thing in the morning. They arrived on time and fixed and the issue, left the area clean no mess! Very courteous of my home, and explained what they did and why. I am one very happy customer.

Can't say enough great things about Bear's Plumbing Service. Allow me to set the scene--a dreadful leak in the bathroom. First, I called a handyman. The handyman charged over $200 to calk in all the wrong places. The leak continued. Second, I called another plumbing company that scheduled for over a week away and then never bothered to show up or call on the day they were due. And then in steps Bear's Plumbing to the rescue. They were HIGHLY recommended by my neighbor, and I only wish I had asked the neighbor first! William and his assistant arrived the very next day after I called and on the very hour they promised to arrive. They gave a thorough look, a detailed report, and a fair figure, the same cost, in fact, as the original handyman who didn't do anything. They replaced the necessary parts, cleaned up the area, took only about 30 minutes to do it all, and were courteous and professional the whole time. They had some recommendations for other non-emergency issues I inquired about, so I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. Lesson learned: CALL BEAR'S PLUMBING FIRST!

I am so glad I discovered this company, located near my home. They came out to my house in March to fix a garbage disposal that was leaking slightly because it had not been installed properly. The plumber came out with his assistant.. they were quick, professional and very knowledgeable. Today we had an issue with pressure in our pipes. We called to get some information. The phone was answered promptly, I was quickly put on the line with the manager who listened well and knew exactly what the problem was. He had me text a picture of the faucet giving us a problem and immediately responded with the answer. All solved in 15 minutes with a phone call and a text! I am so happy with the service and I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues!

Thank you - William, Bryce, and Jordan Called at 8:15 about a faulty water heater and they were able to see me right away at 8:45. , After arriving and quickly determined the problem, William answered all my questions, and quoted me the possible fixes. Luckily they were able to squeeze me in and even replace some outside faucets that were improperly installed when the house was built. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again.

I used another plumbing service exclusively since 2008, spending many thousands with them for their services during several remodels. For the last one they messed up in reseating a toilet due to the raise in height over the flange due to new tile. When they removed it prior to the restoration work, they never said anything about the flange being at the wrong height. Since the restoration was extensive, I called in Bear's for a second opinion. They pointed out the flange problem right away (and I verified what they said with google searches). The first plumbing service refused to reseat my toilet due to the fact that they had no record of doing it. They messed up in their record keeping and I was left holding the bag. I called back Bear's to reseat the toilet. They did an excellent job, and while they weren't cheap, I don't think they were out of line with other plumbing services. I also like that they will give you a free estimate. They are now my go-to plumbing company.
