I had need of a plumber on a Saturday for an emergency repair. I called Pasadena Plumbing around 8:30 that morning. Randy was at my home by 10:00 and before noon had located and repaired the pipe. In addition he took care of a few other repairs I'd been needing. He was professional and efficient and did not take advantage of the fact that I live alone as so many others would have. Their prices were reasonable too. Pasadena Plumbing will now get all of my business as well as my referrals. They are a great company to do business with.

2/13/2019 Unstable toilet leaking from tank. Called Pasadena Plumbing. The lady on the phone was super friendly and helpful. Plumber Chase showed up right on time. He assessed the problems quickly and gave me an estimate. Chase was polite and very well mannered. This hard working guy got it done quickly and did a fantastic job. The toilet looks like it belongs on a showroom floor and it works perfectly. Plumbing is a difficult job and it's not cheap.....but you get what you pay for. Save yourself some time and trouble...call Pasadena Plumbing services.

Came to see why my washer was leaking. Turned out to be a busted hose. Took them 5 minutes to replace and charged $200. Highway robbery. Would definitely not recommend them. I feel like as a single mom I was completely taken advantage of.

I had a ruptured cleanout pipe in the backyard. Another company had come out previously and quoted an amount that I felt was too high. Randy and his team came out promptly, gave me a reasonable quote, and did a good, thorough repair in a short time. The next time a problem arises, I will definitely call Pasadena Plumbing Services first.

Randy and his crew were very professional and got the hyro jet to clean my drains. Thank you for a job well done.
