Awesome experience for us 1st timers. Matthew and Nick were very detailed and professional. They identified the problem, fixed it, explained why it occurred and how to prevent it from happening again. They were very patient and the prices were reasonable. Smart choice was a smart choice for us. We'll definitely use them in the future. I recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs

Where do I start. Well I wish I would have started with Smart Choice. This company was a blessing to find. Unfortunately I called a different company first. I had a water line busted under my slab. Other company comes out and diagnoses it, says “I’ll be back” and never showed up. Their tech called later and said the owner redirected him and told him to tell me they can’t do the job. A full day wasted . That evening right before they closed I called Smart Choice. Melissa took my call and fit me in today. When they saw what I was up against, they moved their entire schedule around to accommodate my family’s problem. I was shocked to get this kind of service. I know for a fact they had easier money to be made but they took care of us. As I type this they just left 30 minutes ago and had to go to another job they delayed for me. It is now 6:30. Plumbers sometimes get a bad name, but these guys don’t fit that mold. Very happy customer!!!!

NOT SURE WHY THIS COMES UP UNDER CONNOR JOHNSON (MY GRANDSON) BUT MY NAME IS IRIS LAWRENCE. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TO USE THIS COMPANY AND WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. GREAT PEOPLE, SERVICE AND PRICE. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
