Edgar was professional, personable and knew what he was doing. He was able to discern the best course of action quickly and efficiently and got the job done. He gave gentle guidance and encouragement to his trainee David and explained the new "Nest" thermostat and 10 year warranty without being condescending. He's got patience and skills worthy of a Supervisor. He impressed this old Manager! And I have an efficient A/C - furnace system! Thank you!

Appreciate the response of each team member and their attention to my need for same-day service. My initial call was answered promptly and an appointment was scheduled with an estimated time of arrival. A follow-up call from a JMS representative confirmed the scheduled time if arrival. The service representatives called to advise of an estimated time of arrival; arrived on schedule. They were thorough in checking the areas and reporting their findings. They ensured that clear explanations were given of their findings and they patiently answered all my questions. Their explanations were accompanied by visual evidence of the work being done. They worked with me to find an affordable solution to fix the issues. Very good service.

From the initial phone call to the technician leaving, John Moore has been great with fast and exceptional service. Having the same person to come out and give the estimate along with actually doing the work gives a sense of reassurance. Leonard had a welcoming attitude and was very respectful. When it came to the details he was great at explaining the situation and answered all my questions. Felt well taken care of.

My second time using John Moore services was absolutely fantastic. Excellent work, very professionally done with good results and as scheduled. I am extremely satisfied. I have both electrical and plumbing working done. Due to water damage, I needed an interior wall repaired. This included ceiling a small amount of the foundation, replacing rotted wood and replacement of dry-wall. All work was completed on-time and on-budget with excellent quality. And, John Moore Services made it very quick & easy to get an estimate and to schedule the job.

Troy went to my mom's house to assess a water leak at the meter. My mother is an elderly Hispanic woman. My mother called me on the phone & put Troy on so I could speak to him. I gave him my email address so he could send me a couple of estimates for 2 options for possible repairs. Troy was professional, kind & courteous. He explained everything to me & I to my mother. Troy was very pleasant & easy to speak to. My mother was comfortable & at ease with Troy's visit.
