Took a few days for them to contact me after I put in a request through my home warrantee program. Once they did they were at my house 5 minutes prior to the appointment time, and Cade did great work and had a bad disposal swapped out in 15 minutes. Would recommend.

Typical work now days the absolute bare minimum effort...left pipe parts and screws around the work area... I would not use them, but warranty company always goes to the cheapest bidder.

Terrible customer service. He was placed on a service request from my warranty company and when I called to set up the appointment he told me he doesn’t get paid enough to go to my house. Great, if that’s the way you speak to someone trying to give you business then you don’t deserve it.

We had 2 run ins with them. 1st time they sent in a novice that couldn't see water spewing from the spigot handle and said it was an appliance issue. 2nd time an outside hose bib was spraying. Insurance said they would not cover it. Instead of giving an estimate they told my wife I could put a clamp on to temporarily fix it and just left. They fixed nothing.

Was told by another plumbing company that I had a possible slab leak. I have a home warranty that partially covers slab leaks, so I decided to call them so they could dispatch a company out that was covered. They called Findlay plumbing. From the get go, he was rude and unprofessional. He trash talked the other plumbing company. He also told me they were very busy and didn’t have time to get to a slab leak for at least a week. I was billed a $75 labor fee and $75 trade call fee for him to tell me he didn’t have time. When I called to ask him what the labor fee was for, he told me it was $75 for him just to knock on my door. Reading the other google reviews, this seems like a common occurrence from him.
