Called to schedule appointment and the lady who answered phone was kinda abrupt. I asked for an evening or Saturday appointment and she questioned why. I replied I work 8 to 5 M-F. Said her husband would call me and could make an evening appointment at 5:15. Never called me back.

Carl Grossman came out immediately when we called about our toilet being clogged and overflowing. He figured out and fixed the problem within an hour. Would definitely use him again.

I made arrangements with the office for Mr. Grossman to come look and fix my toilet. The office confirmed the appt. for Tues. The front office had no idea what time, but was assured Grossman would call. He has done work here before. At 6:00 p.m. I received a phone call from the front office. She asked what was wrong. I commented "didn't I talk to you yesterday" she said someone called. I said it was me. I finally just contacted a plumber in Galveston. I get tomorrow is the 4th. I was assurred it would get done today. Not to be. I should have contacted the plumber in Galveston to begin with. I realize I will have to pay labor costs. Not an issue. The office and Grossman was unprofressional. That is a issue.

Great experience, considering the issue. Workers are respectful and kept me informed about what they were doing throughout the process to correct the issue. They worked in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend them.
