I went there to fill out an application for employment. Everyone was super nice. I overheard the receptionist making call backs to clients that had just received your service. From what I could tell, no complaints whatsoever.
Everybody was really nice and they showed up on time and charged me the price they said they would charge me. The nice young man cleaning or carpet just went really fast. I would have been happy to pay an extra $100 if he just slowed down and did a more thorough job.
Love Mars but it's the service techs that are the best. Mike and Charles, the owners, are awesome. Great customer service.
