Had a leak under the house in the middle of the night. Called early the next morning and they got right to us and had it fixed quick. Reasonable price too!

I would never recommend anyone calling this company! The first time they came and said they had fixed a clog in our plumbing...7 months later I had to call them again and this time they didn’t show up until after 5 o’clock so I had to pay a higher fee. They told me that they suspected a clog out close to the road but couldn’t be sure because they didn’t have their camera to look into the line. They then told me that we didn’t have a clean out and that we would have to pay for 6 to 8 hours for them to dig a hole for a clean out which would have cost me at least $1200!!! But they couldn’t tell me when they could get back over here. So I called another plumber who came right away and found that I do have a clean out!! A with his camera found and cleared the clog right away! He fixed it all for $350!!! Pruitt Plumbing is not someone I would ever call again!!!

No call and no show after setting a 8 to 12 time-frame the day before. avoid! Wasted 4 hours of my time and money due to having to take off of work. (unpaid) time off. Do not waste your time with this company. (Update) just had the employee call at 6:50pm same day of appointment and apologize about not making it and stated day was crazy, lots of commercial work. But was willing to come by tomorrow (sat) at normal rate. How nice. Would rather deal with leak then waste another day waiting for someone who may not show. I deal with customer relations everyday and this is just inexcusable.a simple 1 min phone call is all that is needed. Guess my job just isn't as important as a what I would assume is a more profitable business plumbing issue that needed attention. And to the owner who said you don't know of any appointment....Never got the employees name but this is the number that called me. 90371844.....deleted the last 2 digits. I called for emergency service when a pipe froze and burst on a Friday night. The answering service passed along my message, but no one called me back until the next morning. Owner (?) said he was fast asleep and didn't get the message the night before. Why the heck would you advertise 24/7 emergency service if you can't actually follow through on that? Employee came that morning and repaired the pipe. He was professional and quick, showing me also how to shut off the water to the house from the street. His employee is the only reason I'm giving three stars; otherwise, I'd rate this business lower simply for the seemingly false advertising.
