After paying B&B Plumbing in full for work on a new construction, a week later we had an issue with septic smells coming up from the tub. B&B came to check it out, did a temporary fix that lessened the smell, then quickly left and said "It's a simple fix, I'll be back to finish." At this writing we have been waiting 11 days for this simple fix. He has never shown up or even bothered to call back.
