In-House Plumbing Company

Brittany answered the phone and was very helpful and patient with me (many questions). She had good knowledge of the company and steps to be taken. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Rick came out on-time, and explained the steps he would take to find the leak. He was very thorough and explained/showed me everything he was doing, why and the result. I had many questions and I am quite curious in these situations. He was very user-friendly for someone who does not have any background in plumbing -- giving examples and re-explaining points so I would clearly understand. His patience, friendliness, expertise, professionalism and understanding my needs made this a non-stressful appointment and provided confidence knowing exactly what/where the problem was, how to fix it, etc. I will definitely use In-House Plumbing again and refer them to my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

In house plumbing was recommended to me by another plumber. I thought I had a main line leak. They responded quickly, were on time and very professional. They spent a lot of time checking all my systems and explained everything they were doing in the end they determined I did not have a leak. I will use them again and have all ready recommended them to two people asking for a good plumber.
